At ADVANCED SOLUTIONS DISPLAY, we stand behind the quality of our retail fixtures and display equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned display units for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
