Both the 30-gallon standard trash can and Smokers' Outpost ash receptacle are made from post-consumer recycled plastic material. They are weather-resistant for year-round use. The Smokers' Outpost allows one to dispose of cigarette butts in a sanitary fashion. Thanks to its keyhole-shaped opening, it's easy to insert a cigarette butt without actually touching the unit. The unit also keeps waste and the weather out. Its oxygen-restricting technology extinguishes cigarettes without the need for sand or water.
